We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
