SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number.
SHIPPING RATES
- Orders over $35: free standard shipping within the United States.
- Orders under $35: flat rate of $6.99.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which is how we keep prices low — delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
TRACKING
Every order ships with a tracking number. You can follow your package via the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page.
DELAYS
Occasionally carriers experience delays (weather, customs, peak season). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at info@lacynthia.co with your order number and we'll track it down.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at info@lacynthia.co — once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at info@lacynthia.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
